JCJ Architecture is providing comprehensive planning and design services for a large-scale, multi-faceted development located just one hour north of New York City. Set on the site of the once world-famous Concord Resort Hotel, the 1.3 million square foot project is planned to include an 18-story tower with 406 hotel rooms, pool and spa, casino, 1,300 seat events center, pre-function space, an exterior terrace and 500 seat showroom. The property will feature several venues for dining including a fine dining restaurant, buffet, center bar, entertainment bar, coffee shop and a lounge.
