JCJ evaluated four sites for the location of a new police headquarters facility. The final report included comprehensive site evaluations and recommendation for the preferred site. The consensus building process during the feasibility study was crucial in achieving the support needed to move the proposed new police facility forward.
This new 20,000 square foot Headquarters is located on the edge of Clinton’s Village District and was designed in close association with local planning and zoning officials to reflect the character of the District located along the Boston Post Road. The final design features three distinct but connected building segments that accommodate public access areas, administrative offices and operational spaces. Site planning allows for dual access and covered parking for police vehicles.
