JCJ Architecture provided conceptual design and site feasibility services for Cisterra Development for the InterContinental Hotels Group’s 7th and J Street project. The proposed new project consisted of:

• 26 stories above and 2 below grade with building height of 292' 0" above grade level
• 500 guest rooms totaling 207,400 SF with total gross building area of 456,550 SF
• 218 parking spaces
